Product Description

1. Box structure The trash can adopts a sturdy frame structure welded with reinforcing beams and high-strength steel plates. The sides are made of a single plate and do not require a longitudinal welding process. The upper and lower reinforcing beams of the side plate are integrally formed with the side plates, and special equipment is used for cold bending. Large R angle molding improves rigidity. There is no weld in the longitudinal direction of the side plate, which effectively avoids the defects such as weld fatigue failure caused by long-term use of traditional welding technology. The top surface is an arc surface, and the bottom plate and side plate of the box are welded by advanced welding technology, which avoids water leakage caused by long-term use of traditional welding technology. A large-capacity sewage collection tank is provided at the lower part of the front of the box to improve the sewage storage capacity of the vehicle. The overall box has beautiful appearance, light weight, good stress and is not easy to deform.

2. The dozer assembly is welded by a rectangular steel pipe frame and a bent plate. Adjustable sealing strips are installed on both sides and top of the dozer blade to ensure the gap between the dozer blade and the box. It is not only lightweight in structure, but also evenly distributes garbage and unloads cleanly and thoroughly.

3. The packing assembly is mainly composed of packing shell, sliding plate, scraper and other parts. The filling slide rail is made of high-strength wear-resistant material cold-bent, and the lower arc plate is made of high-strength wear-resistant material. There is a leak on the arc plate, which is convenient for the sewage inside the filler to flow into the lower sewage storage tank to avoid sewage leakage during transportation.
